We get it. Sometimes things just aren't meant to be. If you’re looking to process a return, don't worry—we’ve made it easy! Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise with tags still attached may be returned/exchanged for purchases made online or phone.  Your return must reach our warehouse within 30 days of the received delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns for Refund
Usage of our pre-paid return label will incur a $10 deduction *PER LABEL from your refund amount since we provided free outbound shipping.  You may return as many order(s) / item(s) within one package, using (1) UPS/FEDEX Return Label.   CLICK HERE TO RETURN FOR REFUND

Exchanges are Free

Returns for Items marked as FINAL SALE are not returnable for refund or exchanges. Promotional Offers & Discount Codes cannot be applied on Final Sale Products unless otherwise marked.

Question: What if I don't want to use your Return Label?
Using our return label is entirely optional, if you wish to avoid the Return Label fee for returns requesting a Refund. You are more than welcomed to ship back your return by purchasing your own return shipping through the carrier of your choice. 
Please be aware: 
  • We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages not using our provided insured return label. 
  • We do not reimburse for cost of return shipping should you decide to pay for own return shipping. 
  • Please request a tracking number for your return packages as this will be the only proof your return has been shipped back to us. 
  • Include a Return Form - to let us know how to process your return once it reaches us.
