Yes. If you generate a return label from our website, a $10 return label fee is deducted from any return packages solely requesting a refund.
Yes! We encourage our customers to return multiple orders within the same package to avoid additional label fee deductions. Our return portal allows for up to 5 orders to be condensed into one return.
No. As long as one item sent back in your return is for an exchange or store credit, the $10 label fee is automatically waived.
Yes! Using our return label is optional. If you choose your own carrier, the $10 fee will not be deducted from your refund. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
After your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be issued. Once issued, refunds typically post within 2–5 business days depending on your bank.
Yes! Exchanges ship free. We cover the cost of all return labels per original order for exchange requests.
Yes, we are happy to carry over any discount you may have received on your original order to your exchange request so you don't lose out on your initial savings.
Yes! You can choose any style you'd like as your exchange item. If the item you're requesting is a lesser value, we will refund the different in price to your original form of payment. If the item you are requesting is a greater value, we will email you an Invoice to pay for the balance due.
Your exchange order ships once we receive and process your return. Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. The moment your exchange order has been created you will receive an email confirming your new exchange order.
In a time crunch? Not a problem! We are happy to assist if you need your exchange item sooner. Give us a call and we can arrange a pre-exchange order. You will be charged up front for your item to ship out sooner, then you can return your original item for a full refund. We will make notes to waive the fee so you don't incur a $10 deduction.
No. Exchange items are eligible for one exchange only and cannot be exchanged a second time. If you need to send back an exchange item, you will only have an option to return the item for a refund or request a store credit instead.
Yes. Returns for store credit receive free return label usage.
After your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for your store credit to be issued. The moment it has been your store credit will be available to use right away!
Your store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card and emailed to you at the time it is created.
When your e-gift is emailed to you, it will contain a unique code. All you have to do is manually apply this code into the discount field before finalizing checkout.
No. Once issued, your store credit never expires.
No. Store credit cannot be converted back into a refund once issued.
No. Items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These purchases are considered final. If a FINAL SALE item is returned without prior authorization from customer service, the item and any associated costs will be forfeited. This policy is outlined on every FINAL SALE product page, within our Return Portal, and in our Terms and Conditions.
Yes! Returns are based on the delivery date, not order date. You still have 30 days from the day the carrier marks it delivered.
Yes. Gift returns are eligible for store credit or a size/color swap for the same item only.

If a package is refused upon delivery or marked Returned To Sender, a $17 carrier-return deduction applies. If you do not wish to keep your item, you can avoid this fee by generating a return label on our website.
