Clara Sunwoo will gladly accept the return of  any unworn, unwashed, undamaged products with original tags still attached or defective merchandise purchased online or by phone for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the received delivery date.

Exchanges Are Free
We will cover the cost of up to (1) UPS Return Label per original order for returns requesting an exchange.  Items marked as Final Sale, cannot be returned for refund or exchanges. We do not accept returns for product purchased from a third party seller ex: boutiques, other websites besides www.clarasunwoo.com

Returns for Refund
The shipping label is not free for returns for refund since we provided free outbound shipping.  Usage of the UPS Return Label will incur a $10  deduction from your refund amount for its usage.  Items marked as Final Sale, cannot be returned for refund or exchanges. We do not accept returns for product purchased from a third party seller ex: boutiques, other websites besides www.clarasunwoo.com
