Return Policy

Clara Sunwoo will gladly accept any merchandise purchased directly through our online website or by phone order with tags still attached within 30 days of the received delivery date. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and may be returned for refund, exchanges or store credit. We will honor replacements for damaged or defective item(s) that have been purchased within 30 days.

We do not accept returns for product purchased from a third party seller ex: boutiques, other websites outside of www.clarasunwoo.com.


Returns for Refund
Usage of our pre-paid return label will incur a $10 deduction (PER LABEL USAGE) from your refund amount.  You may return as many order(s) / item(s) within one package, using (1) UPS/FEDEX Return Label. 

*Usage of our return label is optional, you will not be charged for this fee if you've opted to ship your return at your own expense. Please refer to our FAQ guide for return instructions.

Exchanges are Free

We will cover the cost of up to (1) UPS/FEDEX Return Label per original order for returns requesting an EXCHANGE. Item(s) marked as "EXCHANGE" are only elligible for refund or store credit. It cannot be exchanged for a second time.

Returns for Store Credit are Free

We will cover the cost of up to (1) UPS/FEDEXReturn Label per original order for returns requesting STORE CREDIT. Once we receive your return, we will email you your store credit code that will never expire. Store Credit cannot be re-refunded back to your original method of payment once issued.

Final Sale Product

Please note that items labeled FINAL SALE are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Purchases of these items are final. If a FINAL SALE item is returned without prior authorization from customer service, the item and any associated costs will be forfeited. This policy is outlined on every FINAL SALE product page, within our Return Portal, and in our Terms and Conditions.

Gift Card Purchases

Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.

You are more than welcomed to ship back your return by purchasing your own return shipping through the carrier of your choice. 

Please be aware: 

  • We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages not using our provided insured return label. 
  • We do not reimburse for cost of return shipping should you decide to pay for own return shipping. 
  • Please request a tracking number for your return packages as this will be the only proof your return has been shipped back to us. 
  • Include a Return Form - to let us know how to process your return once it reaches us.

No worries, often times if you give UPS or FedEx Store a visit, you can let the clerk know that you have a Return Label emailed to you.

You can ask your local UPS or FedEx store to print the emailed return label for you. This service is not guaranteed at all stores, so please check first. If you encounter any issues, our customer service team is available to help by emailing us at cs@clara-sunwoo.com

Just remember to include all associated Return Slips and we'll handle the rest.
Best of all, you only pay once for the return label - it's a win-win!

Once your return has physically reached us, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return. An email notification will be sent to you the moment your refund/exchange has been processed.

If you're having a hard time finding your order.

Please make sure that you sign in with the *email address you used during the time of checkout and the shipping address's zip code.
