Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise with tags still attached may be returned/exchanged for purchases made online or phone. Full refunds or exchanges are eligible within 30 days of the received delivery date.

Returns for Store Credit are Free
We will cover the cost of up to (1) UPS/FEDEX Return Label per original order for returns requesting store credit. Once we receive your return, we will email you your store credit code that will never expire.
Store Credit cannot be re-refunded back to your original method of payment once issued.
Exchanges are Free
We will cover the cost of up to (1) UPS/FEDEX Return Label per original order for returns requesting an exchange. You can only exchange an item once.
Returns for Refund
Usage of our pre-paid return label will incur a $10 deduction *PER LABEL from your refund amount since we provided free outbound shipping. You may return as many order(s) / item(s) within one package, using (1) UPS/FEDEX Return Label.
Final Sale Product
